As the COO of Impact by Design, I keep our mission moving—aligning internal strategy, systems, and people so our team can focus on delivering meaningful impact.
I handle operational functions big and small, while driving the organization’s strategy towards its mission and centering our people around our values and impact. My experience comes from over 25 years of leadership, operational, and programmatic positions across startup, corporate, and nonprofit organizations.

I was one of the original employees of Petfinder.com, helping animal shelters and rescue organizations find homes for millions of adoptable pets.
